2014 Exhibitor Registration: Exhibitor registration for 2014 will begin in January 2014. Exhibitors from 2013 will be given the first opportunity to renew their registration, followed by the 2013 wait list, and then an open e-mail to industry.
Exhibitors at Contracting & Outsourcing receive a 2×6 foot, draped tabletop space (no floor displays!) and 2 complimentary full meeting registrations. Electricity is included. Breakfast, lunch and the cocktail reception are also included with your registration. Additional booth personnel is $225 per registration. (Limit is two extra booth personnel per exhibitor)
Please note: Tabletop displays must not exceed the table dimensions: 2 ft. wide x 6 ft. long, and should not exceed 5 ft. in height. All exhibits must be on the table. No floor displays are allowed. Electricity is included. The table will be draped and each exhibitor will be provided a chair.
Every exhibitor at Contracting & Outsourcing 2014 is entitled to a 50-word description of its services in the print edition of our Exhibitor Directory! If you are a confirmed exhibitor, please e-mail your 50-word text to email@example.com.
The publishers will assign table numbers in August 2014. A confirmation packet with all of the conference details, including table number, will be mailed mid-August to the address on your registration record.
2013 Exhibit Schedule
The Tabletop Exhibition was held one day only: September 19, 2013. The next Exhibition will be held on September 18, 2014. The 2013 schedule was as follows:
Exhibit Hall hours: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Break down: follows afternoon break at 4:00 p.m.
Setup times and early registration: Sept. 18th, 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. & Sept. 19th, 8:00 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.
Exhibitor reception: Sept. 18th, 8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
