Exhibitors at Contracting & Outsourcing receive a 2×6 foot, draped tabletop space (no floor displays!) and 2 complimentary full meeting registrations. Electricity is included. Breakfast, lunch and the cocktail reception are also included with your registration. Additional booth personnel is $225 per registration. (Limit is two extra booth personnel per exhibitor). You will receive an email confirmation once your registration is processed.
Please note: Tabletop displays must not exceed the table dimensions: 2 ft. wide x 6 ft. long, and should not exceed 5 ft. in height. All exhibits must be on the table. No floor displays are allowed. Electricity is included. The table will be draped and each exhibitor will be provided a chair.
Every exhibitor at Contracting & Outsourcing 2014 is entitled to a 50-word description of its services in the print edition of our Exhibitor Directory! If you are a confirmed exhibitor, please e-mail your 50-word text to email@example.com.
The publishers will assign table numbers in August 2014. A confirmation packet with all of the conference details, including table number, will be mailed mid-August to the address on your registration record.
The Tabletop Exhibition will be held on September 18, 2014.
Exhibit Hall hours: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Break down: follows afternoon break at 4:00 p.m.
Setup times and early registration: Sept. 17th, 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. & Sept. 18th, 8:00 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.
Exhibitor reception: Sept. 17th, 8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
