He has worked with leading pharmaceutical corporations and advisory firms, delivering strategic solutions to a diverse range of clients—including innovators, generic manufacturers, biopharmaceutical companies, startups, and global health organizations. His expertise includes enabling new product launches, assessing technical and business risks, developing operational strategies, and navigating regulatory challenges to achieve business objectives.

In his current role, Mayank also leads Strategic Alliance Management, where he plays a pivotal role in fostering high-impact partnerships and driving collaborative value creation across the pharmaceutical ecosystem. Mayank is recognized for his strong liaison and analytical skills, with a proven ability to thrive in multicultural environments. He has successfully led cross-cultural initiatives across India, the U.S., Ireland, Romania, Brazil, South Africa, and Malaysia.

Combining deep technical knowledge with sharp business acumen, Mayank is well-versed in global quality regulations and has guided teams through numerous successful U.S. FDA and EU inspections. His experience spans a wide array of pharmaceutical dosage forms, including drug-device combination products, sterile liquids and dry powders, complex solid orals, semisolids, sublingual films, patches, and inhalation products. He also brings significant expertise in business due diligence, having conducted audits to support multiple mergers and acquisitions.
