ABSTRACT
This session presents the results of a new Tufts CSDD study looking at how companies have made, or are making, the transition from traditional, high frequency onsite monitoring to centralized, remote and risk-based approaches. Qualitative and quantitative data will be reviewed showing how organizations are modifying their monitoring approaches and practices, and the impact of centralized approaches on CRA-site relationship quality and effectiveness.
