The Three Cs of CDMO Selection: Capability, Capacity and Cost
SPEAKER
Valdas Jurkauskas, Ph.D., Senior Vice President, Oxia Therapeutics
ABSTRACT
Selecting the right CDMO remains one of the most important decisions a sponsor can make as a program moves from development toward commercialization. In this session, Valdas Jurkauskas will discuss a practical framework for evaluating contract manufacturing partners through three core considerations: capability, capacity and cost. The presentation will look at how sponsors can assess technical fit, manufacturing readiness, supply needs and long-term commercial requirements when building a reliable external manufacturing network.
